Chipotle-Honey Glaze – Rick Bayless

This glaze is spectacular brushed on ribs, fish or chicken about 5 minutes before they come off the grill.

Scrape 1 whole can of chipotle chiles en adobo into a blender. Fill the can with honey, then scrape it into the blender as well. Blend until smooth. Store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.
