Green Chile Adobo Dip for Vegetable Crudité or Shrimp
Servings: 1 generous cup, serving 4 to 8
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 tablespoons Green Chile Adobo
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the sour cream or crema with the mayonnaise and Green Chile Adobo. Taste and season highly with salt if you think it needs it, usually up to ½ teaspoon. Scoop into a serving bowl and set out with blanched or raw vegetables or with poached shrimp.
