Japanese Peanut-Chipotle Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 canned chipotle chiles en adobo
- 1 cup (6 ounces) cacahuates japoneses (“Japanese” peanut snacks)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Place garlic in microwave-safe dish, cover with water and microwave at 100% power for 1 minute. Drain. In blender jar, combine garlic with chipotles, peanut snacks and chicken broth. Blend until completely smooth—this will take a couple of minutes. Taste and season with salt, if you think necessary.
